Pre-sale signups include your email and, if you provide it, your first name. We also retain campaign or referral information attached to the signup.

Artist submissions include the identity and contact details you enter, your creator type, and links to your work. Site nominations include a site name, URL, and the nominator's email.

Our service providers may process routine technical details such as IP address, browser information, and request time to deliver forms and prevent abuse.

We use pre-sale information to send Descarded event announcements and access details. We use submissions to review potential artists, collaborators, and additions to the web ring.

Form records are stored in our event database and mirrored to a private working sheet used by the team. Access is limited to people helping operate Descarded.

We measure a small set of anonymous actions, such as which calls to action are opened or completed and which community links are visited. Autocapture, heatmaps, and session recordings are disabled.

The site stores random browser and session identifiers so repeat activity can be counted without asking who you are. Analytics are disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled in your browser.

You can unsubscribe from event email using the link in any message. You can also ask us to review or delete information you submitted by emailing mgmt@walnutmgmt.com.

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
